These Terms govern your use of AI-CX ERP (the "Service") provided by Shenzhen Yalishi Trading Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By registering or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
AI-CX ERP is a self-hosted software service for Amazon sellers, covering orders, inventory and shipments, settlement and profit calculation, purchasing, returns, keyword ranking and alerts.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
Access to Amazon data requires that you authorise the application through Amazon's OAuth flow. You confirm that you are entitled to grant access to the stores you authorise. You may revoke access at any time.
You agree not to: violate Amazon's policies or applicable law; attempt to access data of stores you do not own or represent; resell or sublicense the Service without written consent; interfere with the security or availability of the Service.
You retain ownership of your business data. We retain all rights in the software. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control (network, cloud providers) may cause downtime.
The Service is provided "as is". Reports and calculations are decision-support tools; you remain responsible for your business, tax and compliance decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law, or that remain unpaid.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen.
